This course teaches the 15 basic techniques needed to be successful in this martial art. Each technique has its own video lesson which thoroughly demonstrates and explains step by step how to perform the movements. Structure, posture, foot work, body mechanics, common misconceptions and more are addressed during the lessons. The course is broken into 3 sections so the learner can focus on five techniques at a time. Each section will have a quiz following it that helps the learner reflect on the previous content. Correct and incorrect answer choices will have feedback as well as a reference to the video in which the technique was taught.
