Linear and Graphical Models for the Multivariate Complex Normal Distribution

Free Download Linear and Graphical Models: for the Multivariate Complex Normal Distribution By H. H. Andersen, M. Højbjerre, D. Sørensen, P. S. Eriksen (auth.)
1995 | 183 Pages | ISBN: 0387945210 | PDF | 4 MB
In the last decade, graphical models have become increasingly popular as a statistical tool. This book is the first which provides an account of graphical models for multivariate complex normal distributions. Beginning with an introduction to the multivariate complex normal distribution, the authors develop the marginal and conditional distributions of random vectors and matrices. Then they introduce complex MANOVA models and parameter estimation and hypothesis testing for these models. After introducing undirected graphs, they then develop the theory of complex normal graphical models including the maximum likelihood estimation of the concentration matrix and hypothesis testing of conditional independence.

English | ISBN: 1593271433 | 2007 | 272 pages | PDF | 72 MB
Information overload. If you’re responsible for maintaining your network’s security, you’re living with it every day. Logs, alerts, packet captures, and even binary files take time and effort to analyze using text-based tools – and once your analysis is complete, the picture isn’t always clear, or timely. And time is of the essence.

Codes, Systems, and Graphical Models

Free Download Codes, Systems, and Graphical Models by Brian Marcus, Joachim Rosenthal
English | PDF | 2001 | 520 Pages | ISBN : 0387951733 | 43.7 MB
Coding theory, system theory, and symbolic dynamics have much in common. Among the central themes in each of these subjects are the construction of state space representations, understanding of fundamental structural properties of sequence spaces, construction of input/output systems, and understanding the special role played by algebraic structure. A major new theme in this area of research is that of codes and systems based on graphical models.
