The End of Overkill Reassessing U.S. Nuclear Weapons Policy

President Obama has voiced his ambition to reduce the U.S. nuclear arsenal to as few as 1,000 deployed warheads. Yet while the United States has cut the arsenal’s size since the Cold War’s end, its missions and composition have barely changed. Around 1,600 deployed nuclear warheads remain tied to a triad of system-bombers, intercontinental ballistic missiles, and submarine-launched ballistic missiles. Current plans call for modernizing all three systems, which could cost taxpayers over $100 billion. This new paper, The End of Overkill? Reassessing U.S. Nuclear Weapons Policy, argues for basing U.S. nuclear weapons exclusively on submarines. It explains how the triad came from bureaucratic compromises, not strategic necessity, and shows how its burden on taxpayers is increasingly unjustified.

Hitler’s Secret Weapons of Mass Destruction

Free Download Michael FitzGerald, "Hitler’s Secret Weapons of Mass Destruction"
English | ISBN: 1788884159 | 2018 | 240 pages | AZW3 | 3 MB
Under the Nazis, fringe sciences were legitimate areas for research and development. Unorthodox ideas and projects that were too outrageous for other governments received funding. During the last six months of the war, it seemed obvious the Germans had been crushingly defeated, but in spite of the military situation, Hitler continued to believe that victory would be achieved. He repeatedly told his advisors and inner circle that Germany possessed Wunderwaffen – miracle weapons – that would turn the tide and give the Germans victory.

U.S. Nuclear Weapons The Secret History

Free Download Chuck Hansen – U.S. Nuclear Weapons: The Secret History
Aerofax | 1988 | ISBN: 0517567407 | English | 240 pages | PDF | 178.16 MB
Nuclear weaponry in the U.S. has been a top secret subject since its invention in the 1920s. Hansen here presents an encyclopedic discussion of all of the various nuclear explosives developed, tested, and used by the U. S. Department of Defense. Much of the material was declassified for this book, and Hansen emphasizes his opinion that the secrecy was and is unwarranted. He provides technical details of the physics concepts, as well as political and tactical justification for development of various individual warheads. Students maturing in a nuclear age may wish to be well informed about the sources of their possible destruction; they may also be curious about the scientific principles used to design the weapons. The thorough index and footnotes, as well as appropriate photos, charts, and diagrams make this title a useful one in schools with strong physics curricula.

The technological relationship between the three main civilizations of the Western world – Byzantium, the Islamic world and the West – most particularly in the area of arms, armour and military technology is a field of research for which Dr Nicolle is noted. This volume deals principally with Western Europe and Byzantium, which for many centuries learnt from the Muslims in these matters; several articles also focus on military interactions in the Crusader states. The work draws upon both written and archaeological sources, but above all makes use of the depictions of war and military equipment in contemporary art to examine the interconnections across the medieval world.

Drugs as Weapons Against Us [Audiobook]

Free Download Drugs as Weapons Against Us: The CIA’s Murderous Targeting of SDS, Panthers, Hendrix, Lennon, Cobain, Tupac, and Other Activists (Audiobook)
English | May 05, 2022 | ASIN: B09ZMJTBD2 | M4B@128 kbps | 13h 15m | 728 MB
Author: John L. Potash | Narrators: John L. Potash, Paul Stefano
Drugs as Weapons Against Us meticulously details how a group of opium-trafficking families came to form an American oligarchy and eventually achieved global dominance. This oligarchy helped fund the Nazi regime and then saved thousands of Nazis to work with the Central Intelligence Agency. CIA operations such as MK-Ultra pushed LSD and other drugs on leftist leaders and left-leaning populations at home and abroad. Evidence supports that this oligarchy further led the United States into its longest-running wars in the ideal areas for opium crops, while also massively funding wars in areas of coca plant abundance for cocaine production under the guise of a "war on drugs" that is actually the use of drugs as a war on us.
Drugs as Weapons Against Us tells how scores of undercover US Intelligence agents used drugs in the targeting of leftist leaders from SDS to the Black Panthers, Young Lords, Latin Kings, and the Occupy Movement. It also tells how they particularly targeted leftist musicians, including John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, and Tupac Shakur to promote drugs while later murdering them when they started sobering up and taking on more leftist activism. The audiobook further uncovers the evidence that intelligence agents dosed Paul Robeson with LSD, gave Mick Jagger his first hit of acid, hooked Janis Joplin on amphetamines, as well as manipulating Elvis Presley, Eminem, the Wu Tang Clan, and others.
